12.09.2024, Ukraine, Lviv, Lviv - Pedestrians cross the traffic lights at Prospekt Svobody in the dark. Due to Russia's attacks on the energy infrastructure, there are frequent power outages. The national Ukrainian electricity provider Ukrenerho usually announces these, but there are also spontaneous shutdowns. While the partial and changing shutdowns in the city centre follow a pattern that resembles a chessboard, other districts often remain in the dark for hours. 00A240827D261CAROEX.JPG [MODEL RELEASE: NO, PROPERTY RELEASE: NO (c) caro images / Bastian, http://www.caro-images.com, [email protected] - In case of using the picture for any purpose, please contact the agency - the picture is subject to royalty!]
