12.09.2024, Ukraine, Lviv, Lviv - Street cafe at Prospekt Svobody, powered by a generator, due to power cuts caused by Russia's attacks on the energy infrastructure. The national Ukrainian electricity provider Ukrenerho usually announces these, but there are also spontaneous shutdowns. While the centre is affected by partial and changing shutdowns in a pattern that resembles a chessboard, other districts are often left in the dark for hours. 00A240826D269CAROEX.JPG [MODEL RELEASE: NO, PROPERTY RELEASE: NO (c) caro images / Bastian, http://www.caro-images.com, [email protected] - In case of using the picture for any purpose, please contact the agency - the picture is subject to royalty!]
